Back in 2022, Kevin & Kiara purchased the Chic Austin Estate in Windham, NH. With the vision of cultivating a community, educating others about healing and spiritual growth, living sustainably, & empowering others to be the best, most balanced version of themselves. We were graciously able to open our doors in June 2024. We are looking forward to holding space for others and creating a memorable
experience that you cannot receive anywhere else. Welcome, to our

Kiara's professional journey into the spiritual world began in 2013 when she starting working closely with Linda Coughlin, a well known Reiki Master, Massage Therapist & Teacher. In 2017, she started studying mediation, channeling & her intuitive connection to the divine under the mentorship of Wendy Carlson out of Circles of Wisdom. In 2018, Kiara received her certification in crystal healing & in May 2019 also got certified in Reiki I & II with Marino Fabris, Reiki Master. In 2020, Kiara also earned her certification in The Healing Angels of the Energy Field with Laura Haley.
In the beginning of 2020, Kiara found her body speaking to her in pain. A wise Shaman once said, pain is the bodies way of talking to us, showing us where we have areas to work on, though & overcome some of our most challenging moments. She was left with a list of chronic illnesses, trauma stored in her body, limiting beliefs that was holding her back, fear & confusion. Not only did Kiara believe that she always had "taken care of herself" but she was at a loss of where to turn to next. This dove her straight into her next part of healing: transforming her physical body. Through her kinda friend Tabatha, she found the Medical Medium, Anthony Williams. It took Kiara over 4 years to heal her physical body though nutrition, supplementation, trauma removal, lymphatic drainage & body work but she is stronger then ever before. Her energetic, emotional, spiritual & overall wellbeing completely transformed & her true purpose was revealed to her: to help empower others to transform their lives into strong, powerful & unapologetic souls.
After mastering her physical body, she was introduced to sound healing. Even though she had attended sound baths before (starting back in 2018) 2022 was the year she choose to further explore sound & its healing benefits. This not only unlocked to doors to continuing her self healing journey, but it unlocked the transformational healing benefits for her clients. It took Kiara's natural vibration & raised it to a level that she is able to visibly look at someone & see what their immediate mental, physical, spiritual & emotional needs are. In 2024, Kiara became Reiki Master Teacher which invited her to hold space for other natural born energy workers.
She is here to empower YOU to heal yourself & be in sacred alignment so you shine so brightly your light ignites up others.
Kevin grew up in New England all his life so far. Born in Boston, raised in Massachusetts and now living in New Hampshire with his wife, son, and two rescues.

Kevin battled high blood pressure at a young age, continuing into this early 30s. Around this time he was also having severe back pain, anxiety, and he felt like he was stuck, lost, and coasting day to day.
​
Thankfully, his amazing wife introduced him to Yoga for his back pain. After attending his first class he fell in love with it. It was a moving meditation for him. He deepened his practice and started shifting away from the physical Yoga practice and practiced more meditation, self-reflection, studying of scriptures, and learning Yoga's guiding principles on living a more conscious, intentional life. He started experiencing spiritual awareness that he never knew even existed.

He started discovering his true nature and began leading a more purposeful life. He saw the world differently. His reality completely changed. He truly transformed his life thanks to Yoga.

His own path is ever growing and ever changing, and now he wishes to share with others how the traditional philosophy and practice of Yoga can help them remove the blockages of suffering, discover their true nature, grow spiritual awareness, and live a more conscious, purposeful life.

Kevin loves hiking, tending to their vegetable garden, and spending time outdoors. He loves spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle when he can, enjoying smooth jazz with a cup of coffee or tea, reading and cooking.

Kevin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), certified Holistic Nutritionist, and is currently studying Foundations of Ayurveda* I & II with Dr. Claudia Welch and Dr. Robert Svoboda.
