At Enlightened Retreats, we aim to provide those on a healing or spiritual journey an open, sacred space and a collection of holistic modalities for body, mind, and soul. We know that we are all different and are at different points in our journey.
Through the philosophy and traditional practices of Yoga, Meditation, sound & frequency work, Reiki and energy healing, deep cellular repair, hypnotherapy and more, we combine our own knowledge and experience with our passion and purpose to assist others on their path.
We strive to create a safe space and an intimate community that doesn't just provide these modalities mentioned, but also comes together in ceremonies, retreats, and events to support one another, make connections, and cultivate our collective energy for unique transformations.

Retreats are wonderful for someone looking for a unique experience with a community feel. We offer mini retreats at our Windham location & traveling retreats a few times a year. You can find more information by clicking here.

Back in 2023, Kiara and Kevin began renovations to the Carriage House that sits adjacent to their home. Their goal was to create the perfect home away from home for any guest looking for a unique experience. The space can comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and also serves our retreat guests. Full Moon Circle
Sit in circle with Kiara & The Enlightened Community to experience a full moon ceremony to honor the current lunar cycle. This class offers various opportunities to participate, chant, embrace self, & engage in ceremony. A relaxing sound bath with journal prompts may also be included in the evening.

Meditation & Reflection
Join Kevin, Spiritual Guide & Meditation Teacher, as we share space together to relax the body, calm the mind, connect to breath & our true essence. We typically focus on an intention or object (usually non physical) for our Meditation. After meditating together, we'll leave room for reflection with journaling.
Come for mental peace, clarity, & to turn inwards.

A customizable, private session sound meditation for your specific needs. Enjoy the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of a personalized sound bath. Connect with and feel the healing vibrations and frequencies of the various healing musical instruments that Kiara works with. Come to relax your body and mind through the beautiful sounds.
