Service Description

Sit in circle with Kiara & The Enlightened Community to experience a full moon ceremony to honor the current lunar cycle. This class offers various opportunities for guests to participate, chant, embrace self & engage in ceremonies. A relaxing sound bath with journal prompts may also be included in the evening. Each circle will vary so please inquire within. Two ways the lunar cycle affects your body is through light and gravitation pull. The light that the moon reflects impacts your circadian rhythm. Since this light changes through each phase, it's important to match how much light your body may naturally be exposed to at night. apping into the Moon's energy cycles means connecting to the energy of openness, healing, renewal, intuition and wisdom. Connecting with the phases of the Moon can bring awareness to rhythms and patterns within our your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
