Service Description

Join Kevin, Spiritual Guide & Meditation Teacher, as we take time to bring our attention inwards to relax our body, calm our minds, and connect to our true essence. In this class we'll have an intention or object of focus for our Meditation and we'll leave room for reflection together, as well as private reflection with journaling. The intention is to leave you feeling more inwardly connected, and giving you a practice and reflection prompt to bring home to integrate into your life.
